Battlefield 1 - unfunctional multiplayer

Hello,

about three days ago I bought a new game Battlefield 1 Polish edition. I even opened it out of the box so I'm not worried about being poor. I installed the game and while it was ready to play I played 3 missions from singelplayer. But the problem started
when I wanted to play multiplayer. The game wrote to me "ACCESS DENIED - Sorry, you are not eligible to participate in this activity. See http://help.ea.co/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information". This the same thing writes to
me even when I go to Soldier or Store. Logically I went to the page to which I was linked, but it did not help me. The server states are OK. I'm not banned. I have Xbox gold. No one else uses my account. Finally, I don't even have a child account set up. I
really don't know anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have an Xbox updated and I really don't know what to do.

I will be glad for an answer.

Thanks for the update. Have you tested your network connection make sure it is all good? Are you able to play other multiplayer games? If you are it may be an issue connecting to their servers. Also do you have an EA account? Some EA games require you to
log into EA.

Hello,

I just checked everything. The network connection is connected. I can also play other multiplayer games like RDR2. I don't have an EA account but I was looking at it and Battlefield 1 doesn't require it. I also looked and their servers are up and running.
Right now, I really don't know what to do xd

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you very much for your answer but unfortunately it does not work even after a hard reset. Don't you know how else it would be?
