    Battlefield 1 trouble starting


    I recently reinstalled Battlefield 1 after playing it from games with gold when it showed up for free on that list. Now when i try to open the game, it says i need to renew Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, even though i currently have a Game
    Pass Ultimate subscription. The message along with it says,” This game was aquired with games with gold. Unless the person who aquired it has xbox live gold or game pass ultimate, youll need to buy the game if you want to play it.” Whenever i go to the microsoft
    store, it says i own the game and i can launch it, but i just recoeve the same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing works. This is the only game this happens with for me and i wonder if anybody else is having this problem. Please help!

    There were some troubles over the weekend when playing Battlefield 1, but this should be cleared up now. If you're still having trouble accessing Battlefield 1 multiplayer, please power cycle your Xbox One by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds and then
    try again. Keep us in the loop if you're still having difficulty :)
