Battlefield 1 Short Cut Problem

buying following:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (appearly this just got taken off?)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2: Vietnam(DLC)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Onslaugh and Kit Short-cut Bundle Pack (DLC)

All of them are for Gold paid via Mircosoft point cards

where'd they go?

i reciceved a email that said i had cancelled my subscription on 11/27/13 which is a bunch of *** because i would never do that and its still the 26th also i did check commerce.microsoft.com and it stated that it ran out on the 26th.

my Xbox live was cut short 2 months on our 3-month subscription

If you find that your membership was definitely cut short then I would call xbox phone support as they are the only ones who can help with billing issues:
support.xbox.com/contact-us

You will get that email stating you cancelled your membership every time your subscription expires and you don't have automatic renewal on so you personally didn't cancel it, it's considered cancelled because you didn't renew.
