Battlefield 1 problems

I got both Ea access and Xbox Live Gold and still not able to log in to the Battlefield 1, it says You have lost connection to the ea server but when i check my internet connection and other connections from the setting on X box one they are perfectly fine,
Also the both Ea acces and Xbox gold live are there. Whats the problem?

Battlefield 1 problems

Hi , im having a problem with Battlefield 1 where when i go to join a game it loads up the level then the screen goes black for a few seconds and then boots me back to the xbox one dash.....everytime.

Ive uninstalled it today and re-installed it and im still having the same problem. Anyone else experiencing this and if so is there a fix?

Problems installing battlefield 1

Hey guys i just bought a used xbox one along with a brand new sealed copy of battlefield 1. Before i even inserted the disc of the game i noticed it was on the list of games ready to install so i clicked to install it even though i thought that was a little
strange since ive never even played the game since up until today only had a 360. Anyway so the game is proceeding to install via internet and its taking forever. I inserted the disc thinking that the xbox should just install the game from the disc right?
Well nothing happens when i insert the disc. I thought maybe its because i have it downloading already so i cancelled the installation and restarted the console then inserted the disc and still nothing. Whats going on here? Is my xbox broken? is the game broken?
PLEASE HELP ive been waiting forever to play this. Thanks

I still have that problem also. Just yesterday 8/1/2018 it did it to me. Something has to give!!!

HI. I've tried to run the multiplayer test and it said that I have no problem with my connection.

This happens via Wifi, no Ethernet cable.

Hey there! Do you have any other discs laying around to test? Whether it's a Blu-ray movie or Xbox 360 game that is backward compatible with the Xbox One, that will help determine whether or not the disc drive is the culprit. Keep us posted!

Thanks for sending us those stats. They look good, you do have a bit of packet loss which might affect you and you can try correcting that with the steps on the Multiplayer test page.

While that may have an impact and those steps could help it does appear that the issue is Network related and a wired connection would help us determine the source of the issue.

To clarify have you tried a that wired connection or you do not have one?

Post back and let us know but keep in mind the solution would be going wired.
