Battlefield 1 operations not rewarding sweepstakes competition entries

So I have downloaded the battlefield 1 beta and also pre ordered the game but have recieved no subsequent rewards therefore mentioned, apparently I am supposed to recieve these as well as Xbox rewards that haven't been rewarded any support would be grand

Refunding reward points?

I do not think they refund microsoft rewards points for accidental sweepstake entries. I am sorry but good luck on the sweepstake

 

Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes

This is about the microsoft rewards sweepstakes, i hear that there is a alternate method of entry by mailing all your contact info and address and the number of sweepstakes you want to enter. By number of sweepstakes does it mean entries or like for example
i want to enter in these 3 sweepstakes. And i heard that its a guaranteed 150 entries so if i only pick the xbox one x forza bundle would I get 150 entries into that one sweepstakes

 

I'm having the same problem. Still haven't received sweepstake entrees either

 

Sweepstakes points now rewarded. Still no beta reward credits though

Keep in mind that if any of the actions were done before the offer began, they will not qualify.
