Battlefield 1 Issue

When I launch Battlefield One it goes to a black screen and after 5 minutes it crashes back to the Xbox Home screen. It was a digital download and I've tried Hard Reseting my Console multiple times, Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having launching Battlefield 1. I can see you've tried power cycling and reinstallation of the game with no dice so far. The next step to try is going to be a

factory reset of your console. You'll notice there are two versions of the reset. In your instance, I would recommend the full reset as opposed to the option that lets you keep your games and apps. That'll give you the best shot at a fresh start.

If that doesn't work, check to see if you're within your local retailer's return/exchange period and if you are, exchange your console. If you aren't, you should definitely be within the console's warranty period so you'll want to explore getting it serviced
under warranty. That can be initiated via the
Online Service Center. (You'll be able to re-download all your previous purchases and redemptions as that will be tied to your Xbox Live account and not your console.)

Hopefully it doesn't come to that and the reset works. Good luck!

online features will be unavailable please try again. See http//help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for add info went on their and can't find s*** please help and just renewed my gold membership

i have this same issue with battlefield 1

Well it used to be when a game was released there would be a new item on the store.

However with most new full game release spawning many alternate versions of itself...

"Battlefield 1: Standard Edition".

"Battlefield 1: Gold Edition".

"Battlefield 1: Deluxe Edition"

"Battlefield 1: Mustard Gas Edition"

"Battlefield 1: Mustard Sandwich Edition"

"Battlefield 1: Golden Deluxe Edition"...

Well it's no wonder the store is having issues when you ask to see stuff.

It's as confused as the rest of us.

(Queue confused people rushing to post that there's nothing confusing about it - these people are so confused... they don't even realise they're confused).
