I'll be renting it for the campaign and that's it, the beta did absolutely nothing for me. I've got the Bioshock Collection pre-ordered so that will do me nicely for my shooter fix this year.

@ marknally, no probs, I'm with you. I'll check out more and buy later. Almost everyone I spoke to thought Sinai was a bad map choice.

Boomerang are really good Genchy

I've used them once or twice myself but my daughter uses them all the time. Great service for price, receive games next day after posted, post a game back say Monday, 99% time they receive it Tuesday, another sent out that day.

This is a great service for games your not sure about. Even if you really like a game you can keep it as long as you want, again well worth monthly fee.

Again the map chosen didn't do the beta any favours in my opinion but I dunno, it just didn't feel/play like BF games of old.

I'm not saying change is bad, but here it's changed for the worse, again my opinion

A big part of it though is MP shooters just don't hold my interest for long and it would take something special for that to change

Kinda sad the only game I've got into since Uncharted 4 is the Battlefield 1 beta with only one map, will miss it when the beta ends Thursday. Hopefully I can afford to get this at release.

I hope there is more mp modes in the final game, but I'm thinking of canceling my pre-order and pre-order the bioshock remasters instead.

Then pick up the base game down the road or wait till it is added to EA Access.

I loved COD4 back in the day. My favourite COD along with COD2 but if that's going to be the best shooter this year, well like you sort of said, we are in a sad state regarding shooters :-/

I'm just glad I can do without a shooter but for those ( know a few myself ) that get most of their fun from online then I actually feel sort of sorry for them
