Battlefield 1 - I can't redeem the code :(

I have my code to download Battlefield 1 digital, but it will not let me and this instruction appears to me:

"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

I do not know what to do, I called the technical service and they have not given me a solution. They only tell me to wait 48 hours, but it's been 6 days and nothing

I found the solution, you need to enter first the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked

Hello, I'm not the thread-opener but i have the same issue when trying to redeem the Battlefield V-Code from my Xbox One X-Bundle i've received today. There is a detail that may helpful for resolving this issue: On the BF V-Codecard are two other codes:
One for Battlefield 1 Revolution + Battlefield 1943 and one for 1 month EA-Access. These both code have worked fine, i mean i've redeemed both without errors. Only the Battlefield V-code does not work.

The links you have send are not useful in my case. The message i've got when i try to redeem the code isn't listed in these documents.

Please read the thread-opening message again, especially the error message "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website." or in german "Lesen Sie die Ihrem Code beiliegenden Anweisungen. Möglicherweise müssen
Sie ihn auf einer anderen Webseite einlösen."

... i have a battlefield 1 edition console, that came with battlefield 1 that i’ve been playing since i got the console, now it doesnt seem to recognise that i own the game.

Did you buy the console new and did you have to redeem a code to install the game on the console?

Or did you buy the console used, and the previous owner already installed Battlefield on the console?

If it's used, then the previous owner "owns" the Battlefield game, and just had the console set to be his "Home Console", allowing the console to unlock his games for everyone to play on that specific console. However, if the user changes his Home Console,
the new Home Console can now unlock the game, and the former Home Console can't unlock the game for you anymore.

So if you bought the console used, and you paid more money for the Battlefield game, ask for your money back.

If the console was bought new, and you did redeem the code yourself, make sure you are using the same account that you used to redeem the code.
