BattleField 1 EA Disconnected

Hi there, last week I've purchased for myself Battlefield 1 Revolution for a good price for my Xbox One X. I could not connect to the EA Servers for some reason that I'm probably missing. I've looked up on opening ports which I've done. I've even gave
my router a few minutes to adjust to the opened ports settings for the Xbox service (Specifically Xbox One). But the game is still not connecting to the EA servers.

I'm looking up posts on the xbox forums and I see there are some users out there who have no problems and some with the same problem as I. Some posts have no replies or comments stating to reinstall the game with a hard reset. I am currently reinstalling
the game and will do a hard reset as advised by other users then give an update on this discussion. Until then, is there anything else I should consider doing such as a refund of the game, or other methods to be able to connect to the EA servers and play Battlefield
1 multiplayer? Any help will do.

MS, What have you done?!?

Since the new system update Battlefield 4 doesn't crash, disconnected and kicks me out from the servers. so i'm presuming it had nothing to with Battlefield and ea servers.

I have had this problem a few times but normally, it fixes itself after I do a complete shutdown of the Xbox One S (don't have the Xbox One X) and it connects normally. Personally haven't heard people having this problem (haven't researched this like you
have of course), but will say that when it DOES happen, I'm simply doing a full shutdown, and turning it back on and going back into the game and it works fine.

 

Hey there, thank you for your reply. I have done that a few times with no luck. However, I will try it again and let you know if it worked or not.

 

Okay, so far I've full shutdown and unplugged xbox one x and unplugged router for one minute; cleared mac address on xbox one x; opened up all the ports for xbox live; tunred off ports for ps4 pro; unplugged ps4 pro ethernet from router all with no luck.
I've done literally everything. Well... I'm going to reset my router settings to default and if that doesn't help well, then I'm out of ideas.
