Battlefield 1 digital version "Installation stopped" error

So i had this digital version of bf1 since i bought the xbox one s bf1 bundle a couple years ago. It was working fine, until a year ago i think there's a game update but everytime it tries to install it always says "installation stopped". Yes, i have tried
every method i could find, i even tried contacting the xbox support multiple times for the last years and the result are all the same, it didn't works at all not even the slightest.

Anyone had this problem ? I really do need help

Ps: all of my games working just fine, except bf1 and i don't know why.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? If you have gamepass i suggest using the gamepass version to try installing to see if that works out for you

I'm past that stage, it really seems to be an error with my disc itself. Other games on disc install just fine, so I've checked my disc and yup, there's a few scratches on it. Guess I'm just screwed

A physical disc, it seems that it's only this game too. other games from discs install perfectly.

Only one answer at this point, a damaged disc.

offline install of the game and let us know if that helps.
