after purchasing Battlefeild 1 Early Enlister Digital Download from the Xbox store It downloaded 2 additional add-on's (Hellfighter pack, Delux Edition Content)

The new update released yesterday 9pm-11pm UK time (which includes the new map Giant's shadow) for pre-order players who redeemed a Hellfighter code (or had it digitally with digital pre-orders(saidsaidthe official team at Battlefeild) which was the case
for me as I pre-ordered Battlefeild 1 Early Enlister.

I received no additional code to download the content nor have I had an update prompt when launching the game. I could try re-installing the Hellfighter pack but I thought I'd raise the issue here first before I accidentally deleted my content. Please help!?

early enlister access not working

I have the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition which came with my Xbox One S. Access to the Giant's Shadow Map states it should be available to me on early access. However it is not. The Deluxe add-ons have also not worked. What is the problem?

Since you mentioned you bought the Early Enlister version of Battlefield 1 digitally on the Xbox One, the content will unlock upon its release for you. Have you had a chance to check the game's 'Ready to install'? Please highlight Battlefeld 1's
game tile, press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Manage game', and then from here you can check the 'Ready to install'.

Let us know if you see that content there!

If you purchased the Early Enlister version of Battlefield 1 digitally on the Xbox One, you don't actually need a code, the content will unlock upon it's release for you. The only time you'd need a code to redeem on the console is if you purchased the game
physically at a retail store.

So you'll want to keep an eye in game for the Giant's Shadow DLC content as well as your Ready to Install section on the console for new DLC. If you check in the Ready to Install section are you able to download the DLC?

Okay, i did purchase bf1 from my xbox on the xbox store. But then it must be some type of glitch because i have not gotten my deluxe content, how can i solve this then?

Hey there

Where did you purchase Battlefield 1? If you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store, the Deluxe Content will already be included in the game and would not be sent out via Xbox Live message or email. If you purchased the physical copy through a 3rd party
retailer, including the Microsoft Store, you will want to reach out to them for further assistance with receiving the Deluxe Edition content.
