Battleborne Preorder dlc first borne not installed and not showing on my system.

I preordered through my xbox one console on April 23 and do not have them. I have gone into manage game and it is not showing. I even checked season pass and nothing is showing in there. I double checked the gold character skins and they are not there. I
then tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and still no luck Can you help me please.

Defense grid DLC problem

I recently installed the original defense grid onto my xbox one, including all the DLC for it. It shows that the game and all of the DLC are downloaded and installed, but only the first map pack shows up in the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
all of the content and it is still not showing up in my game.

 

Game sharing issue, need clarification

My friend and I are game sharing. He recently bought Battleborn Deluxe Edition which comes with the Season Pass. The game downloaded onto my console just fine but it is showing that I have to buy the Season Pass. Do the extras, season pass, and dlc not
share if you are games sharing?

Have you tried downloading the
Battleborn - First Born Pack through the Xbox Store? Give that a shot and let us know if you're able to download that.

 

It does not show a download link for this even though it is in the addons section. Only a rate tab. Wish it were that easy. I am hoping for help from someone in Xbox support on this page. Talking to Microsoft person on phone they said they can't do anything
on there end because they have no access to dlc. Told me to post here and someone will eventually assist.

If you visit the game under Games & Apps and press the menu button and select Manage, do you see the content as available to download?

 

No nothing showing there. I even checked under manage season pass.

To clarify, in the game when you go to select one of the characters (either Thorn, Reyna, Montana, Marquis, and Rath.) Are you able to select the golden skins without having to pay for them?

Let us know!

 

No gold skins on these characters are showing in the skins menu.
