Battleborn Season Pass, can't reinstall?

I purchased the Battleborn Season Pass and It's my transaction history (5/23/16 - Order number: [Mod Removed]), however when playing the game I'm no longer receiving the benefits of having a Season Pass. I uninstalled the game, but when
I went back to reinstall the Season Pass it just prompts me to BUY again.

Game sharing issue, need clarification

My friend and I are game sharing. He recently bought Battleborn Deluxe Edition which comes with the Season Pass. The game downloaded onto my console just fine but it is showing that I have to buy the Season Pass. Do the extras, season pass, and dlc not
share if you are games sharing?

Battleborn - Firstborn Pack

I'm also having this same problem. I have no available content to download, but I verified with MS customer support that I have both content license Battleborn Digital Deluxe Bonuses / Season Pass. Any recommendations?

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple of minutes. While your waiting press the power button a few time to make sure all the
power is drained from the console and then plug back in after 2 minutes then power back on and try the game again.

Solution 2: got to setting, system, console and updates and select reset console and choose to keep everything. Your console will restart taking you through a quick set and you'll sign in again. When your back on the home screen try the game again.

Thanks for the reply, but I already had attempted that before uninstalling the game completely.

Gearbox Support ended up fixing the problem today, after about two weeks of waiting, but from the looks of their forums I'm not the only one with this issue. "Lack of DLC accessibility from either the Battleborn Season Pass or the Deluxe Edition.

Hello! I have a similar issue with the Battleborn content. I show as purchased in the store but am unable to download any of the Season Pass Content. Additionally when I go to manage game and attempt to install the content there, there are no options
to install; I only have the basic Battleborn install in place. If this healps, I purchased the physical disc then purchased the Season Pass after installing in the X-Box Store (Digital)

This might be a problem with the Battleborn listing in the Xbox marketplace. You're not alone. I'm seeing the same thing the firstborn pack is not installed, not listed in ready to install section, and the store listing just has an option to rate it. I also
got the season pass, and I'm use to seeing a base file for just the season pass download. With this one though, there's nothing. I can manage the season pass from the store, but nothing loads up.
