    Battleborn purchasing error


    Hi, I recently purchased the Battleborn digital deluxe pack. I received my purchase and everything works correctly. However, I mistakenly bought the game pack on my wife's xbox one account Ashbashenator instead of my own xbox one account . I was hoping
    someone might be able to remedy this issue for me or point me in the direction of where I can get this done. Thank you very much.

    I am sorry to hear that. I would suggest to contact our Xbox Phone/Chat support to further check on the account. However, licenses and purchases made can not be transferred from one account to another.

    Hello! I have a similar issue with the Battleborn content. I show as purchased in the store but am unable to download any of the Season Pass Content. Additionally when I go to manage game and attempt to install the content there, there are no options
    to install; I only have the basic Battleborn install in place. If this healps, I purchased the physical disc then purchased the Season Pass after installing in the X-Box Store (Digital)

    I had a choice between battleborn and overwatch. I chose overwatch. While I think battleborn got the shaft. I can see what it got shut down.
