    I'm also having this same problem. I have no available content to download, but I verified with MS customer support that I have both content license Battleborn Digital Deluxe Bonuses / Season Pass. Any recommendations?

    Check out the responses I provided to BUTTON for which steps to take next and who to contact. Since we can't provide in-game items, the best avenue to take is reaching out to Gearbox support. Since the original issue this thread was created about was resolved,
