Battleborn - Firstborn Pack

I'm having the same problem. I uinstalled the game then reinstalled it and nothing. When I went to reinstall it I had to reinstall the battleborn game. It said I had to buy the digital deluxe version again even though I did. I am trying to talk to someone
from 2k support but it's not helping much.

This content should be available in-game. Have each of you checked for the skins by visiting "Command", and checking in on one of the characters these skins are available for? For example, select the character 'Montana', scroll to appearance, and the gold
skin should be listed there.

no mister beep they are still not there in command and for the charters.

Digging a bit, it appears that Gearbox should be able to help you out. You will want to submit a ticket here (click the orange link under BATTLEBORN), but I'm going
to post something that I found over there. It may get you sorted out without having to contact them. It's lengthy and I've edited it a little
to make it easier to read, but stick with it to the end, even if you've already done some of the items.

have done what the the article said and gearbox is saying we should have gotten codes for the first born dlc and i never got them where xbox or gearbox supposed to send them

This content is not provided via code, but is automatically unlocked in-game. I know it's not ideal, but I recommend reaching out again to Gearbox support as they're the only ones who can provide in-game content.

In the meantime, is there anyone else in this thread that's continuing to experience this issue? Have you tried reaching out to Gearbox? Please post back here so we can have as much information as possible. We want to make sure this gets sorted!

 

Yea I have and they wernt there. The only reason I got mine is because I had to deal with 2k support. They only gave me the skins. I don't have the season pass title which I should have and the gold platform or gold title screen. They told me they did
everything they could and that I need to talk to xbox now. I know that when the season pass is available I'm prolly going to have to do the same thing I had to do just to get my skins which Is a pain in the ***. Took me a week and a half of taking screenshots
and e mailing 2k to get my gold skins.

So long as you purchased the season pass you should have access to future content that is released. It may not show up under the game, but keep an eye out for new content. If you have trouble downloading it let us know.

 

It's says that I can manage the season pass but nothing is there when I go to manage. There isn't even a picture file to show which it usually does. I bought the digital deluxe pre order edition and it's like I only have the regular game. I'm suppose
to have a gold title screen and a gold platform when I'm playing and selecting my characters but it's just normal. Now I know that nothing is out yet so I won't be able to tell if the season pass is going to work but I don't have any of the other content
I was suppose to get with it so that's why I'm worried it's not gonna work. I called you guys and some chick names Sonya said it was thier fault and now that they gave me the gold skins but not the epic gear I was promised they said they have done all they
can do and to talk to you guys again. Never had this problem before. I game share with a buddy but he dosnt have anything either so it's not like it got mixed up with the gamertags. Big pain in the butt

Thanks for the information. Season passes normally do not have their own 'Manage game' screens, but let's try uninstalling the game along with the season pass attached to it, and then reinstall both items to see if that triggers the content to pop up. Also,
since not all season pass content has been released, it's best to keep an eye out for those as they come out. As long as the season pass is installed with the game, that content should be available as it is released.

If the issue persists after that, you may need to contact 2K/Gearbox again as these are items offered in-game that we unfortunately are unable to provide. Please feel free to keep us posted on this!

 

I've uinstalled it twice and still nothing. I can't uninstall the season pass because like I said when I go to it nothing is there to manage or unistall. If I go to the season pass it says manage then I click on that and it takes me to a gray screen with
nothing to manage. I bought the season pass for this game so I could be ahead and get the characters right away and I know it's not going to work because my content that I was suppose to get for pre ordering the digital deluxe edition isn't even there. 2k
says it's you guys and you guys say it's 2k. I'm getting ***. They have no number to call either it's just stupid e mails. I either want my content or I want my money back for the difference of the digital deluxe version and the regular game cause all I
got was the regular game.

 

I just called you guys and got an e mail saying that I paid for it so that I can show 2k again so we will see what happens. I took a screenshot of it and sent it to them. They have the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. My bad for sounding
pissy lol. I'll let you guys know what's happens.

 

No worries at all BUTTON, as we've stated it's just content we can't easily hand over since it's all in-game. Have you contacted
Gearbox Support as well? Working directly with the developer might be a better direction to go in this scenario.

Yea I should have but I don't want to have to start another ticket with then and have to send more stuff to another site when I've allready sent like 20 screenshots to 2k support. Hopefully this e mail you guys sent me will help and show then I'm not trying
to scam them or whatever they think. If 2k dosnt do anything by the Saturday morn I'll try gearbox. For real though 2k support is the worst.

 

I finally received all my content today so I'm all set. Still not sure if the season pass will work when it is released but at least I have all my other stuff I'm suppose to have.
