did not receive pre-order bonus, Firstborn Pack, with launch of Battleborn today.

Have you tried downloading the
Battleborn - First Born Pack through the Xbox Store? Give that a shot and let us know if you're able to download that.

Hey, Dbl! Sorry to see any issues. For the $10 codes, you will need to go through the

Microsoft Store. That offer was only available there, and if you have not received the codes from that, then you will need to reach out to them to figure out how to receive those.

For the pre-order bonus, you should have the ability to see the
Firstborn Pack as purchased. We have noticed some users are unable to access this content in game. This issue is with Gearbox if you are able to see the site saying as "purchased" for you. I suggest

opening a ticket with them (click the orange text under BATTLEBORN) if you are unable to see the content in Command > Select a character > Select Appearance. Thanks for understanding!

If you go here to see the first born pack does it say bundle only or already purchased? PS make sure you're signed in
with your Xbox Live account at the top right.

 

Then you already have it. Go to your game tile in the Games and Apps section, press menu, select manage, and see if you can install it as an add on.

 

already done that - once the day i purchased it, and again today. not there.

 

Very odd indeed. Well good news is if it says, purchased you 100% own the content. This shouldn't be in the ready to install, but if you scroll all the way to the right of the games hub do you see it there? Also verify if you go to the firstborn pack in
the Store on the Xbox to see if it says "installed" or "Install".

If it's not there, and you don't see it under the manage menu of the game tile, then try doing a hard reset. With your console on hold the power button down for 8 seconds until it turns off. After it's off, turn the console back on. Go back to the manage
window and see if the game add-on is there. If it's not there, then try uninstalling and re-installing the game. You can do this through the game manage screen as well.

 

not there either. and that's the odd thing, when i check the store it doesn't say anything there except rate and pin to home. if i didn't own it, it would at least say either unavailable or bundle only. but it doesn't even have a box for the text to be in.
i'll try to restart, only thing i haven't really tried yet.

 

well, that didn't work either. everything is exactly the same.

 

The only other things I can suggest is following
this KB from start to finish (including the video). I know you've done most if not all the steps, but if your account shows already purchased then you should have the content.

If that doesn't work the try removing your profile from the console and adding it back. Follow

this link with steps on how to remove your account from the Xbox. After it's removed just add it back by double pressing your home key, and clicking add new in the top left.

 

This might be a problem with the Battleborn listing in the Xbox marketplace. You're not alone. I'm seeing the same thing the firstborn pack is not installed, not listed in ready to install section, and the store listing just has an option to rate it. I also
got the season pass, and I'm use to seeing a base file for just the season pass download. With this one though, there's nothing. I can manage the season pass from the store, but nothing loads up.

 

yeah, i've never seen anything like this before.

and re-downloading my profile didn't make a difference.

 

the worst part isn't not being able to access my skins, it's the constant "player initialization failed" timeout error that comes up almost every time i try to sign into the game...having both issues is making this quite frustrating. the restarts and account
removal have had me having to load the game up multiple times, and it rarely lets me in to even see if i have the skins, let alone play.

 

yes iam haveing the exact same promblems as the people above have did all the suggestions too.

 

FYI. Went home and tried the same thing, and I'm having the issue. Probably just a launch bug and we need to wait for it to be fixed.
