Battleborn Digital Deluxe Pre Order --- Didnt got Season Pass + Pre Order ... :(

Hi,

i pre ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Battleborn, my Account here shows me that you charged me for the Battleborn Digital Deluxe Edition.

But when in Start my Xbox One i can only download the Basic Game and it shows me the Option to buy the Digital Deluxe Edititon?!

Can you please fix this?

Who else pre-order Forza H2

i cant decide. do i pre order from simply games for £39 and get it 5 days early and buy the VIP pack for £7 and season pass for £19 or do i get the digital deluxe edition for £60 or the ultimate edition for £74

I'm in the same boat as well. No season pass or firstborn pack. Gearbox and 2k support has been useless. Still not fixed almost a week later.

i pre-ordered Call of duty black ops 4 but it said my card had no money when it had enough i pre ordered the digital deluxe enhanced but it said i didnt have money when i did

@Maximum -- None of the pre-order bonuses come with the digital release as they were all retailer-specific. You can, however, pick up the Season Pass and get every piece of pre-order bonus that was available.
