    I contacted chat, they said I needed to come here. I think this is shear stupidity. But I want the content I payed for to be avalabul to me. I bought the Battleborn season pass. I even confermed this in my perchus history. I am short two hero keys, and access
    to all the new content. Fix this.

    Battleborn - Firstborn Pack

    I'm also having this same problem. I have no available content to download, but I verified with MS customer support that I have both content license Battleborn Digital Deluxe Bonuses / Season Pass. Any recommendations?

    Haven't received codes for battleborn season pass content

    Hello! I have a similar issue with the Battleborn content. I show as purchased in the store but am unable to download any of the Season Pass Content. Additionally when I go to manage game and attempt to install the content there, there are no options
    to install; I only have the basic Battleborn install in place. If this healps, I purchased the physical disc then purchased the Season Pass after installing in the X-Box Store (Digital)
