battle front 2 will not load

i have bought battlefront 2 for my son, we tried to load the game, the console states disc is damaged or dirty,

i returned it, bought a new disc and again the same thing,

to me this means its a console issue, (all other games work however)

anyone have any advice on correcting this issue?

I know I've herd that there making a new battle front on the xbox one but they did not do this for 360 so I'm hope they make star wars battle front 2

 

I have 3 games that will not load or play on my xbox1 but they worked before 3 weeks ago when one of them crashed

The division is the one that crashed, but star wars battle front will not load multi player, and call of duty 3 will not load at all, i have uninstalled and reinstalled them and they still will not work properly

 

We are having the same issues but with all of our new game discs.

 

have you tried completely uninstalling the game from your HDD and installing it again?
