    I keep getting a message when trying to join a party on BF5 and is says I cannot connect to the ea games network. Ive restarted my router and I have restarted my Xbox one x and it still gisves me the same message. Anybody know what is going on with EA
    games???

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with joining online matches on Battlefield V. Are you able to join matches in any other multiplayer games? You may want to try

    reinstalling
    Battlefield V to troubleshoot any software errors.

    Server issues - intermittent all day - try again in the hour I would say - watch an episode of Watchmen or two Rick and Mortys and she'll be back up an runnin' n gunnin' in no time ;)

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your content for the deluxe version you purchased to load up. I would say that if you haven't yet, maybe check out the information on our support page entitled

    Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One
    and see if any of the steps there help you load your content.

    Thanks Steven I've tried everything contacted xbox support they say I have the deluxe edition and I've contacted EA they say I have standard issue disk I've sent EA screenshots of my games apps as well as screen shots of my disk my case my deluxe upgrade
    code problem being they say that my gift receipt is not valid because it does not have the price paid for the game. Being in India theh have no clue what a gift receipt is so I've pretty much given up in total I've spent over 15 hrs on the phone with EA support
    just to hear them say I'm not entitled to the upgrade. To be honest there's no recourse against these companies other then I myself will never buy another EA game I have played since release of Battlefield 1942. Thanks for you response

    When you go to BFV, Manage game & Add-ons, do you see BFV Deluxe Edition Upgrade under the game data? Do you see anything in the store that you own that digital content?
