Battle field 4 xbox live.

so i got battle field 4 for xbox one. (cd copy) i installed it since its the only way i seem to be able to play the *** game. and it won't let me play xbox live anymore.

i was able to play it first but only when my brother was logged in. how come i cant play the game WITHOUT installing it? is it like a digital copy? is my brother the one who got access to MY game? what the hell?

anyways it keeps requesting i get xbox live.... which i HAVE, i tried buying another for the sake of trying, but "can't have any more of thoughs items"

if my brother was given access to MY game can you fix it please i spent my money on this game so I could play online and now its ruined...

I think you've posted in the wrong section. Xbox One issues should go in the Xbox One support forums for better assistance. Yours would be best here:

For now though, please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work try deleting your tag from the console doing the power cycle again and then redownloading the tag.

If that doesn't work then you may need to contact phone support for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.
