Battle Field 4 Not updating

So i have played many hours of Battle Field 4 on my Xbox one at this point and now the game will no longer update, but now all my games are not updating such as NBA 2k14 has the same problem. I have contacted Xbox support about this problem twice now and
the only solution i have been given is too reset my console ot factory default or uninstall my games having that problem which are all of them at this point. I have had nothing but problems with my Xbox one since i bought it i had to get a new controller because
it stopped working and every time i turn my console off i have to reset my router if i want to play games online the next time i play.

I am now thinking of trading my Xbox in and buying a PS4.

No official xbox staff read these forums, no chance of you being heard. Most system problems can be fixed with the hard reset (holding power button for 8 seconds). Did the factory reset once before and lost everything, it resolved the particular issue,
but turned out there were other ways to fix it...

Anyway there's too many variables... If all else fails I'd suggest you get an external HDD, transfer all your games over to it, unplug the HDD and do the factory reset. Everything will work again without too much to re-install, if it didn't work get a new
console from the warranty or get a PS4. Problems suck, but they're to be expected.

Battlefield 4 is no longer on sale since the new Deals of the Week started today. Since it is in the Vault, you can play it for free as long as you have EA Access. Otherwise, you'd have to pay the $26.99.
