    Sorry to hear about the issues with downloads. Just to start this off, are you connected to Xbox Live and signed in with the correct profile that purchased Battle Academy? And if you are, is there enough space on your hard drive to install that content?

    Are you seeing any flags such as an error message, or a specific error code or status code? This information would really help get to the bottom of what exactly is stopping you from downloading and accessing your games!

    It says it is not available in my region. My friends play this but they live in the USA and the UK so just want to know why it is not available Here.

    When a game is not available in your region it's usually a license issue or something to do with local laws.

    If it says it's not available in your region then there's nothing you can do.
