Most retailers will only offer a 12 month warranty on items unless an extra cove is offered, I can however say from experience that batteries or battery packs are generally not included in your standard 12 month warranty as damage to them is generally seen
as wear and tear.

The battery packs can be bought very cheap off ebay or your local game retailer though.

If you've had them for that long, I doubt there's any warranty left. Just buy new battery packs.

If your accessory is still with an active warranty I recommend you to request a replacement using the Devices website

If you purchased the battery pack with a third party seller you may need to reach them in order to use your warranty

You cant claim batteries under console warranty

It is only for accessories included with the consoles

Play and charge kits aren't included with consoles

At the cost they are it's not worth it you shouldve bought extended warranty ar your game shop

90 say accessory warranty covers included controllers with a console and controllers not included with consoles

NOT optional battery packs which is your standard 30days
