Ho acquistato tempo fa un battery pack (due batterie) per la xbox 360.

Purtroppo il negozio non è nella mia citt .

Come faccio a farmele sostituire da voi?

Xbox Slim Will Not Charge Controller

I had this problem before when my controller was dead I would plug it in and the green light would come on telling me the controller was charged and would run the controller but when I unpluged it, It would die. The problem was my battery pack was done.
Went out and got a new one and it was fixed. If your xbox is running the controller while its plugged in then your xbox is working fine it's most likely your battery pack.

Xbox Slim Will Not Charge Controller

So I have the new slim model and have been able to charge my controller via Plug and Charge but now it will not charge. I tried another controller and two different battery packs with the same result. One battery pack is first-party the other is a pelican
brand battery pack. I have a spare old model Xbox and tried that and it will charge both battery packs no problem with the same controllers. Seems odd that the new model won't charge, light does not come on to indicate that it is charging, but it will make
the controller function when plugged into the usb connector. Is there a setting that disabled this function? Suggestions welcomed.

All controllers are first-party. One first-party battery pack. One 3rd-party battery pack.

I use the play and charge kit, it works pretty good, and the awesome thing is you can continue to use the controller without having to take rechargeable batteries out and putting new batteries in. The battery pack for the play and charge kit lasts about
as long as normal double A batteries would. If I don't feel like plugging the controller in and playing with it connected to the Xbox, I will sometime put a different battery pack into the controller and charge the dead pack after I am done playing for the
day that way it will be charged when I am ready to use it next.

I'm not so dumb as to replace dead batteries with dead batteries. Especially when they are fresh out the pack and work in other equipment.

I will continue my search. Seems to be working now after a hard reset.

Sounds like your battery packs may be dead. A few years is normal for rechargeable batteries. They are not ment to last forever. A lot of the life of the batter has to do with how you charge/discharge it. I normally get about 2 years or so from a new batterypack,
but I use the battery until it is completly dead, then charge it until the green light comes on. I remove it ASAP and never leave it charging for days at a time.
