Battery level sometimes says low even when it has a full charge

Do you mean that the battery level shows as medium, even when you're using freshly charged/new batteries?

It depends which batteries you're using. With rechargeable AAs, sometimes it will show the battery level as medium even though the batteries are fully charged, in my experience, yet with non-rechargeables such as Duracell, the battery meter will show as full. It's possibly to do with some batteries being 1.2V instead of 1.5V, but I don't think it's anything to worry about unless your batteries are draining far quicker than normal.

Hello. I use this kit for like half a year and in one moment it stopped charging correctly. It starts charging and after a few minutes LED light becomes white and says that controller is charged. When i check battery level its says that batteries
are low and after 2-5 min without charger controller turns off.

Time to change battery, are exausted, trust me

How flat was the battery?. If the battery level gets too low it can sometimes take about 20 minutes for it to start charging.

If that's not it then try using a different USB port. If you are currently using the front ports then try the ones on the back of the console. One possibility is a faulty USB port.

If you unplug it and connect it wirelessly, it will tell you the current battery level.

You can keep it wired, the battery will simply stop charging when it's full.

I am having issues with my Halo Master Chief Controller that I purchased in October. It came with AA batteries included so I used these until they ran out of power then I swapped my rechargeable battery from my original black wireless controller over to
my new Halo controller. At first everything seemed OK until it said it needed charging up. Now every time I charge the battery in the controller it will say fully charged but sometimes doesn't last 30 mins after starting to use it and constantly says batteries
low. I put the battery back in my old original controller and it says it is fully charged and works fine. If any body has any ideas on how to help with this it would be appreciated. Thanks
