    it seems to me over the years Microsoft has gotten really cheap with their products..nothing lasts anymore..brand new battery pack dies within a month . Get it together Microsoft. For the meantime I'm switching back to the ps4.. haven' had a problem yet
    with them and I have the same wire and remote and battery since day 1 of when it was first released..

    i didn't know they fit in the MS charge station too.

    i use
    these     batteries with a charger and they work great. they're pretty cheap price wise and they work.



    some packs also have AAA batteries and/or the charger depending on where you buy them from. they come with a charge out of the box and after about a day of continuous use, you just swap em out and stick them in the wall charger for about an hour and a half.

    easy to use, and i use them daily. no problems yet.

    All Xbox accessories have a 90 day warranty period so you can exchange your defective unit for a replacement. Since you've only had it for a month, you should still have about two months left of warranty. If the standard troubleshooting methods do not work,
    take advantage of the warranty while there's still time.

    Alternatively, you can consider getting rechargeable AA's (by Duracell, Energizer, etc) with at least 2500mAh capacity per battery. Those will last you a good long while, and when you keep a rotation going (2x in use, 2x charging),
    you never have to worry about dead batteries. I've been happy doing that.

    Hi, that could just be a dirty battery contact, pop the battery out and check the contacts are clean on both the battery and inside the battery bay on the controller. If you use a rechargable battery pack then try regular batteries as it could be the battery
    pack itself that's causing the problem.

    the first link you provided as far as i know only works with the nyko charging station, it also comes with 2 of those controller packs. i have to say they are worth the money and seem to have lasted a lot longer than the regular play and charge kits ive
    used in the past.

    I just use the play and charge kit to turn my controller into a wired one, it's still easier to use than the batteries.
