Just bought my xbox one today with battlefield v and I cant get the bloody game code to work what do I do

hello to day i lost a lot of my games i had GTA V and Lot of other games i lost theme and my game core it became 0 Zero and and whene i lunch the other games like battelfield 1 i have this code error 0x803f8003

I can't get it working either. I spoke with support earlier, apparently loads of people are having the same problem.

 

Me and my friend got a problem like this, every time we type our codes in on the Xbox One and on the website (bought from CDKeys.com) we get the same message: "Check the instructions that came with your
code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

Our other friends bought Battlefield V from the same site two days ago and it worked perfectly when they typed it in on their Xbox, but today it didn't for me and my friend.

We contacted CDKeys and they confirmed that the codes were unused and it should be typed on the Xbox One, but we keep on getting the same error.

Please Help!

I’m having the same issue. Just purchesed Xbox One X Battlefield V bundle a couple hours ago. Code will not work on xbox and gives me a message to enter on the website, which then tells me to use the code on the xbox.

Your code doesn't work, right? Try to redeem It in your Xbox, If It doesn't work try to redeem It on website or change the region of your Xbox and try to do It

 

That doesn’t work. I tried the code on the xbox first. I was then prompted with a message telling to check the instructions that came with the code, and that i may need to put it in on the website. The card that the code came with says to redeem it at
microsoft.com/redeem. So I tried that and was prompted with a message saying I need to put the code in on the Xbox. Its just a loop with the xbox telling me to put the code in on the site and the site telling me to put it in on the xbox. I checked to make
sure my account was in the correct region, and it is(U.S.)
