Battelfield 5 trial stil active even I buy ful CD version

Hi I buy the full CD game version and install on my Xbox one console. when I start to play is still showing like I am playing from trial version.

Delete the trial version on the games page !!

Try uninstalling the game then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord
back in and restart the console. Then reinstall the game. Let us know how it goes.

I believe your console could benefit from performing a
soft factory reset. This will reset the operating system and
delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. You will have to re-sign into your account, so make sure you know the email and password before performing this step. This will also reset the
home Xbox settings.

Please note that if you are part of the preview program, you should
report this issue through the insider hub, as well as to the

insider reddit instead of doing the factory reset.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, select
reset and keep my games and apps

Uninstall the Game and delete saved data of the trial/BF5

Then Power cycle your console and reinstall the Game.

Hi There,

If the restart/reset doesn't work, you can remove and re-add your account back and maybe that will help recognize it.
