    I recently purchased Batman Arkham Knight for the xbox one and I have not received the promocode for the movie ticket. I went onto xbox chat to *** the problem, and they said that I needed to create a post here. I have checked all my email accounts, even
    the junk mail and I have not gotten the code. At this point I really do not know what to do. I also do not know what other information I need to provide on this post either.
