Batman Vs Superman E-Movie Cash

Two links from xbox.com promotions page, one to eligible games and the other for movies. The one for games lead to the deals for gold members, but almost all of them were DC related games/DLC's. I still haven't received my voucher for my game purchase from
that link, and at this point I don't expect to... Thanks for making me put off watching the movie last weekend for fear of essentially losing money.

 

I purchased Arkham Knight after seeing a promotion for free tickets to Batman V Superman and never received my voucher code. I have emailed the company that has handled the code, and I have been in contact with Xbox Support, and they sent me here.

 

If anyone has any info please let me know. I posted yesterday but it got taken off. I'm planning on seeing the film tomorrow.

I have also taken part in this promotion buying Man of Steel on 3/28/2016 as per the recommendation of the promotion however I did not receive the $8 certificate.

i have also taken part in this promotion buying Mortal Kombat vs DC & Injustice on 3/21/2016 as per the recommendation of the promotion however I did not receive the $8 certificate.

I responded to the following promotion by purchasing one of the eligible games from the list on 3/17/2016:

"For a limited time, Xbox Live Gold members who buy eligible DC movies, TV, or games get a big screen bonus - an up to $8 certificate to see Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in theatres March 25th."

I have since chatted with Microsoft on three separate occasions and was instructed to make a post in this forum and let them know the situation. I was assured that I should receive a response within 72 hours. Thanks!

 

As a follow up I contacted XBOX phone support last night and after being placed on hold several times while the representative went to ask about the promotion I got disconnected. What I was able to get out of the representative lead me to believe that this
promotion is something Microsoft actually had little or no involvement with and that is was totally handled by a third party company. The representative kept asking what web site I used for the promotion and I calmly repeated that I didn't use a web site but
purchased the film directly via a "Deals with Gold" button on the XBOX ONE. This totally confused the representative and he asked me if the deal still showed up and I explained that the "Deals with Gold" page had updated to reflect the "Evolve" sale. I know
that Microsoft has a lot of things going on but they really shouldn't have promotions directly accessible on the console without knowing what is going on or being able to assist people. I think we can all kiss the hope of getting a voucher goodbye and chalk
this up to a botched campaign. I am also sure all of us will be more wary of the next "deal" offered in this way.

 

It has now been nearly two weeks since I purchased my eligible game and I must admit that I am very surprised at the way Microsoft/Xbox has mishandled this promotion. After three lengthy chat sessions and following their instructions to the letter I am
no closer now to a resolution than I was at the beginning. They seem less than eager to resolve this matter for their customers which is disappointing to say the least.

 

Same here.I bought Lego Batman 3 and have waited and waited for the coupon.It is now the 30th and I am calling the movies and TV department and they transfer me back to Xbox because they say it is not their issue.And the past 3 times I was on hold with
xbox and it automatically disconnects my call after a couple minutes.I feel petty worrying about getting *** out of $8 but *** it's the principle of this issue.This is bad business and if they don't come correct I will never buy anything digitally again on
Xbox one in protest

I can confirm - didn't even notice i had a message but they sent the code in xbox mail 2 days ago.
