Haven't Received Code for Batman V Superman Promo After Purchasing Arkham Knight

Same here. Bought the Batman Arkham Knight digital download through Xbox Live Gold member area on the xbox one console. Got purchase confirmation email but no promo code for Batman v Superman movie discount.

 

I was told the same. I have been on the phone for support since 9:09 this morning, have been transferred numerous times, now I'm here and I'm *** that I've spent an hour trying to get an $8 code! If I knew obtaining 8 bucks would be this frustrating, I would
have just gone to work for half an hour today, which would have been less exhausted than this garbage. As we speak, I've been on hold for almost 10 minutes!!! I'm now at the point that I not only want that movie ticket voucher, I also feel I deserve some sort
of credit or refund due to the inconveniences, time wasted, and the gross misinformation in which Microsoft is to blame.

 

...And the Microsoft agent just HUNG UP THE PHONE. MICROSOFT, I EXPECT A FOLLOW UP ASAP. I'M AM BEYOND *** OFF NOW

 

Yeah, same problem here. I purchased one of the eligible games this morning and have yet to receive the promotional code for the movie ticket. A response from MS would be great...

Yeah the fact that their own tech support people are instructed to assist by saying "fix it yourself" is a bit annoying. I figure if I don't hear anything in a reasonable amount of time I'll just keep bugging them lol

 

I also have not received my code, and have made my own thread in the hope of gaining attention to this issue.

I have not received a promo code either for the batman v superman ticket either. I purchased it on MARCH 16th and received the billing statement but no code. Been checking it everyday now and called Microsoft and they told me to post here so here I am. I
hope to get a code soon, would love to see this movie asap when it comes out! not happy about the situation

 

Hoping that maybe they will be sending out codes like day before movie comes out or something at the latest but it would be nice if they had warned us it would take so long before we purchased games or movies for this.
