Batman v Superman Movie Promo

I recently purchased Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition through the
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice promotion, as it was a qualified game that should have resulted in a code worth $8 toward a ticket for the movie. However, I have not received such a code, and from what I have seen/heard several other customers have
not received theirs either.

How should I go about obtaining my promotion? Or when can I expect Microsoft to fix the issue on their end?
