    Batman Telltale


    I own the physical disc of Batman Telltale and it reads Season Pass as PURCHASED and when I then go on to Episode 2 in the series it reads PURCHASED, BUT NOT DOWNLOADED. When I attempt to download the game I'm continually prompted to repurchase the episode
    rather than a direct download.

    It is currently 7:12am cst where I am... The episode is available for purchase via the xbox marketplace on the xbox one, but I also can't download it via the season pass through the disc without being required to purchase it again...

    Batman Telltale

    its been three days! What is going on. I am not hearing anything from TellTale. They know they are aware of the problem... but we need an update where exactly they are at at fixing the issue. Did they submit a patch yet to guys to upload to the servers?
    What is going on??? This is ridiculous. You pay for a product and it doesn't work like its suppose too. Can you please give us an update where we are at on this issue?

    I also have this problem. I purchased the disc which came with the Season Pass. When I attempted to download episode 2, I was asked to purchase it again.

    As I mentioned in my verified post, you'll want to check with Telltale for further information. They do have a support email listed on their support page that you can use to reach out further however we do not have further information at this time.

    downloading Batman Telltale now.
