Batman Return To Arkham not working

I'm reaching out to see if other people have had the same issues as I have, and if so, how it was fixed...

I got the Xbox One copy of Batman: Return to Arkham from Target on Thanksgiving day. Both discs (asylum and city came on two separate discs) installed however neither game plays. Asylum will get to the player selecting a save partition and selecting the
difficulty, but after the brief video showing Batman driving Joker to the asylum, the game immediately goes back to my Xbox One main screen. City doesn't load whatsoever, it shows a brief image of Batman while it loads then goes back to my main screen as well.

I exchanged the discs for another copy thinking it was just defective, but it happens the same with the replacement discs. No other games have this problem, just the two Batman discs.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if do, how did you fix it? And is there any reason to believe getting the digital copy would work any better than the physical discs?

Sorry to hear about that, I got the digital copy of the games and it's working great, maybe give that one a try. Though you are a bit late, it was on sale in the Black Friday store sale.

Note: a cut scene in Asylum was a little choppy -the one were you meet commissioner Gordon in the asylum- but that's the only problem I had with the game so far.
