Batman Return to Arkham: Arkham City | Profile not being signed in

Hello,

I have been playing this game for a few weeks now, having a lot of fun with it. However, today when I decided to play, the game would not sign me in. The game says that I can't play without selecting a profile, even though I am signed in with !
This is the first time anything like this has happened to me. I have tried everything I can think of (restarting Xbox, wiping disc off, updating terms of service, signing out and back in) Please help
