Batman Markham Knight Achievements

Hello, I am having problems with Batman Arkham Knight's achievements. I have done the main story, but none of my achievements have been unlocked. I spoke with Xbox support and they said to come here, for I have spent a significant amount of progress on the
game and to come here for help. Any help would be nice. So far, I've hard restarted my console, removed and readded my account to my Xbox, and that is pretty much it. Thanks.

Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

Just adding my 2 cents that I am also having this "Done...Unlocking" problem with an achievement from Batman: Arkham Knight.

 

Halo:TMC Done Unlocking achievement?

The achievement for the 19th Audio Log did this for me and it's been over a month. I've also just had two achievements in Batman: Arkham Knight do this.

Sorry you're experiencing troubles

There is a recognised problem with Xbox One Achievements and Challenges not being awarded properly, and solutions are at the following link:

support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

You have the following options to try:

- Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

- Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
unlocked.

- Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

- Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

- Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.

Sorry, but none of the ideas worked. For some reason, the achievements show I have no progress, even though I have unlocked New Game+, which is only accessible through compleating the game. Should I just restart the game and see if they unlock because I'm
not an achievement hunter, but I would like credit for what I did in a game. I've put many hours in on this game and I wouldn't like for that to sit there. But, all in all, if I need to restart the game on easy for the achievements, I will, I just need an
official answer.

Sorry that the ideas didn't work - are achievements unlocking for you on different games recently or is it across all games?

Could you try, if it won't get rid of your progress on your normal save, to start a new game and try and get a really easy achievement?

 

I just did the Harley Quinn DLC, which should give an achievement on easy, and there was no awarded achievement. Should I uninstall the game and reinstall it?

You could try that, though it does sometimes take up to 72 hours to receive the achievements to your account. Perhaps you may wish to wait until then before you uninstall and reinstall?

 

OK, I'm not trying to be mean or anything but is there anything else I can do besides waiting? There is no progress on the achievement or others I've attempted to do on another file and it isn't giving me anything. Can it be the disk or just the Xbox server
not giving the achievements in the game? Every other game I play gives me achievements except this one.

There is the option of resetting your Xbox to factory settings but obviously this will take a while to recover all of your content. Apart from that 72 hours is the general time achievements should take to sync if they haven't come automatically...
