Batman DLC locked.

I can install all my games using that method if I remove them, but the problem prevails, I'm trying Star Wars again now. Also, my season passes do not show up in my games and apps, so I cannot reinstall them but the store states I own them. To be honest,
my patience is now wearing thin, it's been over two weeks, with numerous posts on here, four very long chat sessions, three calls to support, two emails from the ms global escalation services team and still no fix,,,,

If you highlight the game tile and press the Menu button on your controller, you should be able to re-download your DLC and season passes via "Manage Game." Once you have opened the "Manage Game" screen, please look on the left-hand side under "Ready to
Install" and all DLC/season passes you own should be listed for installation.

It wont work, the season passes are not visible in my games and apps, so I cannot re install them, if I go to the store, it simply states that I own the pass. The DLC related to them is in my games and apps, you can re install it, but when I boot up the
games mentioned it's not available, if I go to the store it wants to charge me.

We're getting reports that this issue may be resolved. Can you guys power cycle your Xbox One consoles and see if you are continuing to experience the same issue?

Thanks for the update, did the full power cycle after reading this today, no difference at all. All issues remain with afore mentioned titles, and you can add Devil May Cry Special Edition to the list.

 

Something is going on here. Multiple people are having similar issues. I for one, have a single dlc that's vanished from my fallout 4. I have the season pass, I had the dlc previously installed, It worked well. One day, just gone. Try to uninstall and reinstall,
can't reinstall, content doesn't appear in the tab where purchased content should. The "ready to install" tab.. Even on my Xbox on the store page, I see reviews posted by people complaining about their dlc disappearing. Even one guy complaining about how it
was kinda unfair that it wasn't included in the season pass, but that he'd pay for it anyway because he wanted to have all dlc. So not only is there a similar issue multiple people have experienced across multiple games, but it's to the point where a guy doesn't
even realize his season pass entitles him to content, and he's paying for it again. How many people are out there paying for content that they should already have, simply because of the dlc/season pass issiej

 

Sorry, accidentally sent before finished. Anyway back to the point. This has all Been happening since the update that caused digitally purchased items in the store to say "you can use this app for now, or buy it to own forever.". THAT happens, and then suddenly
tons of issues with digital purchases/dlc/etc. Clearly some sort of DRM issue has arisen here, it's *** lots of people over, and Microsofts solution is to power cycle the console,? This is widespread. It's only started shortly after an update, and it very
much looks to be a DRM issue. They know what's going on, they have to. Yet nobody can offer any advice beyond frankly insulting reboot requests. This isn't some joke, it's not previously free content disappearing. It's being denied access to something a lot
of people paid hard earned money for. They should be offering free months of Xbox live gold already as apologies to people who can't access content they paid for. I can't stress PAID FOR hard enough. Imagine someone walking into your house and just grabbing
a game and saying no, you can't play that. I'd like to see some kind of acknowledgement of the real problems very soon. Otherwise there will be no choice but to speak to an attorney and contacting various gaming press. I'm not trying to be unreasonable here.
But when someone simply takes away something that I've paid for, that others have paid for, it's theft, and it's absolutely unacceptable.

 

@ BULL CFD, I hear that, I have been unable to access several hundred £s worth of content for over two weeks now, at least five of my games are affected. I also need this sorted soon. I'm sorry you're having issues, but it gives me a bit of hope they'll
sort it as I'm not alone.

 

Just checked this morning, no changes at all. Heading to a fourth weekend, am I the only one that finds this totally unacceptable now, it's been far too long.
