Batman DLC locked.

Yesterday I posted about Doom DLC related to the season pass locked, after reading posts on here I checked many other games with season passes, I have found Batman AK and many others have content I cannot access. It says installed on my HDD but it redirects
me to the Xbox store where it wants to charge me for DLC I already own. Anyone know a fix, this is since the console update.

Try -un-install then do a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turn off then unplug it from the outlet for a minute then plug it back in and power back on and re-install the game again and see if works.

 

None of what you suggested works, I've been through it all with support three times, including a full console reset.

 

Redownload your profile? Maybe it might be a problem on the publisher's end. Have you tried going to their forums and seeing if anybody has had the same issues over there? There might be a fix posted on their forums.

 

When you do a full console reset all profiles are removed, and as I mentioned in the Doom thread I posted on Bethesda,net, it's not, or is unlikely to be a publisher problem. I have checked every game on my Xbox One since this morning, ALL of my season passes
are having the same issue.

I was on the phone with them, I'm waiting for a call back today, will update you with any info.

 

Is there any more info on this ? I had to call AGAIN yesterday as they never got back to me, even though they promised to do so. This problem continues, does anyone have more info, it's EIGHT days now.

We do not have any additional information to share at this time. However, as a possible work around, could you try the following to see if you are able to access your content this way? Starting from your Xbox One console dashboard:

• Navigate to 'My Games and Apps' on the right
• Highlight the tile for the game in question, press the 'Menu' button
• Select 'Manage Game'
• Download your content from there

Give that a shot and let us know if that works.

 

No it did not work, I got a call back yesterday (Fri) to inform me it has been passed to another team, I will get a call on Monday apparently. This needs to get sorted.

 

Well as advised I'm here again, still not fixed, and no call again, is there anymore info on this ? It's nearly two weeks now.

 

Just checked the Xbox One store, according to the store I have trial of Star Wars BF installed, I bought the deluxe version last year, now it wants to charge me again.
