    Batman Arkhan não instala


    Bom dia galera, tudo bem?

    Recentemente comprei uma versão 2 em 1 dos dois primeiros jogos do Batman Arkham na Americanas, consegui jogar a parte introdutória do primeiro game, porém, logo após o Coringa fugir o jogo trava e diz que é impossível ler o disco.

    Eu tentei instalar o jogo para ver se resolvia este problema, porém, essa opção nem aparece pra mim no console, alguém saberia me informar o motivo ou o que poderia ser??

    PS: O jogo está perfeito, sem riscos ou coisas do tipo, o xbox também está em ótimas condições.

    Ow no. "Americanas" is a shop here in Brazil like Walmart are for you in USA.

    The option to install the game appeared, in 98% of the installation, the message "your game can not be installed, please try clean your disk or restart the xbox and try again."

    So ... I think the game is scratched and I losed my money with the game.

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds like you're trying to play on a 360 considering you say you tried to play before installing the game.

    If you bought the games from the Americas and you live in Europe then the issue may be your console. The Americas use a video format of NTSC and Europe uses PAL. This may be the reason you're unable to play the game
