    Batman Arkham Origins Disc is not playing


    I have a physical disc version of Batman Arkham Origins. I am getting error message "this game is not playable here. For a list of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to xbox.com/BackCompat. (0x8082000c)."

    The game is on the list so I don't see any problems. I know it's not on the store but I'm using a physical disc.

    Can someone please advise?

    Edit: I've tried both discs and get the same error, and I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

    I managed to solve the issue. I ejected the disk and put it back in, restarted my console and tried again and it worked. Thanks everyone!

    Hey there PsycoSaurus,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue trying to get your disc games to work on your One. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing and disheartening but may be able to be resolved with a couple
    of troubleshooting steps.

    I would recommend trying a
    soft factory reset     of the console (the kind that keeps your games & apps0.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    It looks like I just have the standard version. The disc seems to be perfect quality too.
