Batman: Arkham Origins deathstroke

Maybe he's not having fun at this certain checkpoint in the game, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't play the whole game because of one checkpoint. If I did that I would have given up on nearly every game I've played.

Also there is nothing wrong with being bad at games as that was kind of my point, there is no need for him to go back and play easier games to become better as that will happen in time with any game he plays anyway.

By the way, my comments were more aimed at Owen as he said to play kid games, Swords suggestion of Fable 2 isn't actually a bad one because it is an easier game without actually being Disney's cars or something and a little less patronizing for the OP.

 

@Cyberspieder516- LOL. Whoa, calm down sweetheart. No need to be so delicate. All I was trying to say is Deathstroke is a deceptive boss encounter. I honestly thought something was wrong with the game as well. I lost to him over and over and over again.
I kept trying to counter him the same way I countered every other enemy I had fought, prior. Finally after the umpteenth time of him bashing my face in and me contemplating pile driving my Xbox into the ground, I put the controller down in defeat only to realize
the timing was different and I was trying to counter him too fast. I rebooted the game, was patient, and ending up destroying him on the 1'st attempt. The encounter kinda plays a game with your mind and your muscle memory of the game up to that point. Sorry
you took it the wrong way. Remind me to never reply to any of your future posts.

 

He's right, there was a glitch with Deathstroke. I've not finished the game yet myself though I encountered the countering problem the first time I fought him. After a quick re-load all was well. I must say some of the responses here are a tad disappointing.
The forums are supposed to be here for people from all over the world with varying levels of gaming ability to talk about and discuss games. Ridiculing the guy because he found something more difficult than you did is down right pathetic and rude. THEOWENKILLER,
there was no need in your initial response. If you had nothing productive to offer you should have looked at a thread more interesting to you.

He has started two threads on basically the same topic,how hard the games are.

That`s two games out of the four he has played that he has got stuck on to the point where he needs help.

My suggestion was to try easier games,which usually means games that are aimed at kids instead of mature rated ones.

As this is a public forum i will post when and where i please, i will not be told where i can or should post by you.

I never said mature rated games were easier either,i said kids games usually are.

Ah my mistake, I mis-typed. I meant 'more difficult' based on what you said. Either way, you are wrong. The rating has no bearing on difficulty. Why did you make a suggestion based on a previous thread by the way? You were never asked about the previous
thread, the guy just wanted help. I could do that with you and the fact you advised somebody to go outside when talking through a ps4 and xbox one dilemma just yesterday. You have a bad tone and it's evidently upsetting forum users. There are multiple threads
with examples of this. It's not that difficult to understand? Honestly, calm down before you get a nose bleed.

I stand by my point,kids games in general are easier.

 

He wasn't to hard you just have to time it. I think it was the best boss in the game.

 

I still stand by my initial statement. There is no glitch. You can google it for days and the only glitch you find is one where Deathstroke stops moving. The few threads you find of people saying the same thing as the OP, it's followed with hundreds of responses
of people saying the same thing I said. You need to be patient and wait for the counter prompt. The timing is crucial. Oh well. Who cares. Not taking personal responsibility is a disease I'm immune to. Even if it's just a game, it's a disease that spreads
fast........to everything else in your life. Why are people so sensitive around here?

 

people get sensitive when they make a post and people think its ok to sit there and insult them for no reason. and you want to know what ells is a disease ignorance. i have never said that i am not to blame for some things in fact if you read my gears post
you will see i said it may have to do with me sucking

also my gears post was not me complaining about gears being hard just i cant aim and thats on me and plus my controllers right stick is faulty..

it was a pain in the backside that boss fight. you basically have to keep countering him. i play through on the wii u great game

 

I'm new to the Batman Games. I finished the first 2 and now I'm playing origins. I downloaded the DLC for Deathstroke, and I can see that it's downloaded in the game store. At what point in my game can I start playing as Deathstroke? Where are these maps
I keep hearing about? When I'm in the Batmcave at the training area only Batman shows up as a character. I'm I doing something wrong? Any advice would be appreciated....Thanks...!

 

Deathstroke isn't available for campaign or free roam play on 360.

You access his "campaigns" via the Batcave, same with the Bruce Wayne content -- go to the training console/computer thingy in the cave, and scroll through the menus.
