    Batman Arkham Knight won't play


    When I insert the disk for Arkham Knight and then try to play it it takes me to the store and tells me that I need to buy the game again. When it takes me to the store there is an option that says buy for 19.99 and another option that says play. When I click
    the play option however, nothing happens.

    Hi

    Please hard reset the console by holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds after this wait for 2 minutes then. restart the console and try and play the game again.

    The first thing I'm going to do in "Batman: Arkham Knight" is probably the same thing I did in "Batman: Arkham City".
