Batman Arkham Knight DLC not installing?

Can ANYONE clarify why the DLC just "Hangs" in the D/L queue on the xbox one? And by DLC i mean the Red Hood DLC, the prototype batmobile DLC, and some costumes.

I've trawled the internet and found nothing to confirm why it does this, other than what people suspect might be due to "timed DLC exclusivity"

So if you've had this problem and then got round it or fixed it, or you know why it does this, PLEASE let me know and help me!

Have you tried powercycling the console? Perhaps there's an issue there that is preventing the downloads from happening.

 

I'm having the same issue. Powercycling does not work.

 

Thank God it's not just me. Just moved and had to redo my whole entertainment center and those were in my que to download. But they were installing on my external hdd, which I hadn't plugged in yet, now they're just hanging in the que. I thought that might've
messed something up. I've power cycled, uninstalled, reinstalled, removed my external and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing I do will get them past the que. So there they sit at 100% in my download que. hopefully they fix this soon.

 

I'm having the same issue. It's the Red Hood DLC, the two batman skins and Batmobile prototype skin. Thought it was my external drive, wiped it. Deleted everything, including the game, and re downloaded to the local drive. Still the same problem.

I am in the preview program, but I also purchased the season pass. I don't know for sure, so I could be wrong, but I thought those items were supposed to be available via the season pass. Since these items haven't been available to me since the launch of
the game. They just recently showed up for me to download.

I am having the same issue with the red hood story pack , which is included with the purchase of the seasons pass, sadly my add on disappeared and I can't find a way to re download or install it. I really would like to be able to play or get the add ons
I paid for. I am a preview program user and have filled an issue through the report a problem.

 

Sorry but the Red Hood story pack was never promised as early access for purchasing the Season Pass. However, according to Yorick who posted on the WB Games community page the Red Hood story pack would eventually come available to Season Pass holders after
its exclusivity date has expired in Aug/Sept.

This means that if you did not pre-order the game from GameStop you cannot download the content until after the exclusive period expires. Watch for them in August or September.
