Batman Arkham Collection purchase

So recently I purchased the Batman Arkham Collection because it was on sale at the time but the only game i actually wanted out of it was Batman Arkham Knight. I wouldve bought Batman Arkham Knight by itself if it didnt cost more. After Purchasing the
Batman Arkham Collection, i check the xbox store and the game thats availible for half the price of the Collection is Batman Arlham Knight. I tried requesting a refund for the collection after only playing it for awhile and it says that its uneligible for
a refund because it was “consumed”. I am here in hopes of someone seeing this so i can get a proper refund and purchase the Batman Arkham Knight game.
