Batman Arkham City Pay your respects achievement not working.

When I press A to pay the respects it will do one turn around Batman with the music and then he will just stand up and I haven’t touched my controller or anything, I have tried multiple times on different saved campaigns and it still doesn’t work. I have also listened to the tape recording and it hasn’t helped. (If unfamiliar for the achievement you have to wait about 90 seconds which is around the length of the song).
