    Batman 3 won't start


    Batman 3 won't load on my son's 360. Tried two brand new copies, neither works, installed it to HD and won't work...deleted updates and re-updated...same thing.

    other games working fine, including new nba2k15.

    MXGP 3 won't start

    Hello pantera2006,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Sorry to hear about the issue with MXGP 3. Does the game crash, and revert the console back to the home screen? If the game freezes on the title screen and stays there, is the console able to be taken back
    to the home screen by pressing the home button on the controller? We recommend utilizing the article entitled

    My Xbox One Game Won't Start or Freezes During Gameplay     in order to resolve the issue. Be sure to let us know the results!

    MXGP 3 won't start

    Have tried reinstall it and made hard resets a couple of times. Nothing happen after the title screen which ends with the company logo Milestone.

    I have a long list of games I've started but never finished, as well as some I just never started. Mass Effect, Shift 2, Forza 4, Portal 3, Batman Arkham Asylum...it's bad.

    Borderlands 3 won't start.

    To troubleshoot this, access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.
