If your rechargeable battery pack doesn’t charge or hold a charge for long, it might have worn out as all rechargeable batteries do. The length of time that a rechargeable battery lasts depends on how often you recharge it. The support below is regarding our Xbox Rechargeable Battery + USB-C Cable, but the suggestions may help regardless of what rechargeable battery you have.

Before you replace your battery, try these tests:

Test the cable

• Check whether the cable, if you use one, is attached securely at both ends.
  

• Try a different cable. Sometimes a cable can develop a short, or it might be susceptible to interference.
  

Clean the battery contacts

Remove the battery from the controller and clean the contacts on the battery pack using a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab. Don’t use water or chemicals, which can damage the contacts.

Test the wireless controller

• Insert AA batteries into the controller, and then test the controller.
  
• Try a different Xbox One rechargeable battery pack.

Hola, no te sabría decir que cantidad de horas pero mis baterías recargables me duran semanas, claro que no juego todos los días, si lo hiciera seguido por lo menos una semana, o quizas más. Es probable que el controlador tenga algún problema y hace que
las baterías se consuman mas rápido de lo normal...
