Basically, my money was taken for a download and it did not download.

Hey, I'm not sure were to go with this issue, but I bought Just Cause 2 on the game marketplace ( Do they still call it that? ) and it said an error of some sort. I thought that I should try later to download since it said something along those lines. When
I came back after an hour my money was gone and the game acted as if I did not buy it. I cannot download it from download history. I checked the microsoft commerence site and it confirmed that I indeed bought it. So anyone else have a problem like this and
what do I do.

Not being able to download and have been charged.

Basically i brought a map pack for black ops 1 and it took my money but the download isn't in my download history or my active downloads i've waited for a while just to see i've also talked to someone about it but they didn't seem to have a sure answer i
was wondering if anyone could help? Also will i be refunded or download just starts automatically?

 

Download issues after purchase

I've been trying to download/install ArcadiA all day long. Called my ISP, did speed tests, even connected my 360 up directly via Ethernet. Did a ton of forum research, and all I can find are repeated same excuse answers. When I try to download the game(after
my money was taken from PayPal instantly) it says, "ArcadiA can not be downloaded." or some such. I can get the DLC for it going JUST fine, along with pic packs and avatars, but it takes some 10-15 tries to get the game to START the actual download. Why?

 

If it is on your commerce then it will be in your download history

That never gets erased

Now two questions

First does your physical region actually match your account region?

If not that would be causing your download issues

2nd did you delete your profile only and re download it? Then go into your download history

 

Ngocphi, Maybe I didn't explain it correctly. I was purchasing it. As it was going through it said an error. I decided to wait an hour and when I went back it had taken the money, but did not act as though I had already purchased it. Therefore no downloading
could have ocurred for it to be in the download history. To make I sure I checked thoroughly in my download history and it was not there. And to answer your question, yes both region's are the same.

 

FYI when we say region er don't mean continent we mean your country as every country is a different region

2nd I never deleted my profile.

 

I think I may have found the issue. It appears it could be the tax rate. I downloaded it at a friend's house, though he lives in the same region. If the issue still remains I'll call customer service. Thanks for the help.
